Nice work, might be no harm to incorporate google maps sat imagery. the openlayers interface is nice though too many scales included from open streetmap; the zoom bar goes off the screen. Multi-point distances would be nice for calculating potential short/long cuts. I presume the colour of the tracks can be added, directional arrows could be useful to prevent confusion. Compass integration is a must, this can be doe to allow the map rotate to direction of phone.

An optional extra would be to allow people upload the tracks they take, not immediate use but may prove interesting and a good reason to register to your site, storage requirements would be minimal. Google are beginning to look at implementing cycle paths so integration of gmaps may prove beneficial

A am temporarily accomodated in Dublin at Sandyford Premier Apartments. Would it be possible to hire a bike tomorrow? Would the bike ne delivered to my address? How much would it cost (one day)?

Just came off a cycle tour with Jay, we booked on killarneyguidedcycletours.com and got a discount and he also tweaked the tour schedule for us. Had a great time and learned a lot about the local area of Killarney. Beautiful scenery and great tour guide!! Highly recommended!
